    • UX Lead for an emerging technology network solution. Primary responsibilities have been exploring exercise/demonstration engagement opportunities, client and stakeholder relationship and expectation management, conducting intensive user research, and providing guidance to technical leads/engineers and Marketing on product design strategy.

    • Developed the storyboard structure, user journey, and user flow for the Virtual Reality experience in MURAL, as well as tracked detailed iterations of each, reflecting any and all progression made with the Graphic Designer and Development team.

    • Created user surveys for and conducted user interviews with Subject Matter Experts to inform UI platform design strategy.

    • Worked closely with the Development team to advise and implement UI design and ergonomic structure (via wireframes made in AdobeXD and MURAL), such as user controls, interactive AI elements, and aesthetic direction within the VR application environment.

    Project: Army 5GXR Aug 2022 – Oct 2023

    • Created the user journey/flow and information architecture for the Synthetic Training Environment (STE) called TableTop Commander (TTC), a VR application.

    • Constructed wireframes and prototypes of for various features and processes within TTC based on decisions made in collaborative sessions with fellow UXers, developers, and engineers.

    • Lead usability testing on the TTC application and determined user pain points and general areas of improvement.

    • Attended and presented deliverables in weekly Agile sprint sessions.

    • Drafting varying fidelities of wireframes/prototypes for team-owned quadruped robot’s action log dashboard and ATAK interface.
